Last weekend the VT Boys did some cooking, it was not the only thing we did but making Sweet & Sour chicken takes a lot of preparation as you can see from the pictures below, starting cutting up the chicken in to small pieces and put small spices on them.
Than make some batter, heat up the oil, put in the chicken in the batter and dump them in the hot oil. As you can see the end result is fantastic and the taste is lovely. As only Mr.Garfield was around we had lots of time to talk and play games on out new Playstation 3. Mr.Garfield likes the game uncharted 3 which is a role playing, but when you play it, it looks more like watching a film - very good.
Next weekend we should be all together again, as Mr.Biscuits has not scouts camp, as for last week when he was away he had to stand-in for one of the project leaders, which he very much enjoyed.
