The VT Boys like working out

Yesterday the VT Boys came to visit again, in the evening we watched the Holiday which is a bit of a chick flick but hey we liked it. VT Girl went upstairs for some me time, so the Big VT Boys connected the MacBook Pro to the telly and watched a great film (Ong-Bak) with great stunts and lots of action.

In the morning it was yet again a early start, with some breakfast in our bellies we walked to the Park and tried out the new gym equipment. We all complain how the Local Council spend their money sometimes, but this gym equipment in our local park was money well spent.

We all had great fun trying everything out, from the Air Walkers, to push up bars (look at the pictures) you see what I mean. After spending more than 30 minutes we all walked back home. For lunch we are going to have home made beef burgers (so we can put all the worked off calories back on).

However in the afternoon we are going for a swim, just to work it all back off again, this is how The VT Boys keep things balanced in their lives.

The VT Boys like playing with the iPad

This weekend the VT Boys had a big surprise, the iPod got bigger and changed in a iPad. Mr. Biscuits was so happy he jumped in the air, and Mr Garfield said (cool & sweet) that is teenage speak for wow or fantastic.

Friday night we watched the England football game on the telly, with great disappointment, even Mr. Biscuits was very frustrated. After the match we all debated a little and only hoping that Holland will play a better match.

It was not long before the iPad came out of the cupboard, and playing games on it was in Mr Garfield eyes the best thing ever. The next morning we all woke up early, had lovely breakfast all waiting for the Holland vs Japan game to come on the telly. Holland won 1-0 so the VT Household was very happy.

In the afternoon we had Fish & Chips, and tea was provided by Mr. Biscuits Spaghetti a la van Tongeren. In the evening we watched Terminator Salvation in HD, which is a very good film to watch if you like that sort of thing.

The VT Boys like food

Last night we had lots of thunder storms and everybody was awake, yet again a early start this morning thanks to VT Girl No.3. Half of the family is suffering of colds, while the other half is trying to do their best to look after them.

This morning we had pancakes for breakfast, made by Mr.Mac. Everybody enjoyed them, however VT Girl No.3 not. Mr Garfield had 3 helpings and Mr Biscuits 2.

In the morning we played on the older iMac and tried to print via the Time Capsule downstairs, we also watched a little clip of TopGun over the wireless network, this old iMac works still very well.

For lunch we had the pleasure to enjoy the cooking skills from Mr Biscuits and he made us lovely Chicken in White wine sauce, we also had ice-cream for afters of course. The rest of the afternoon will be filled with watching some telly and playing games on the XBox 360.

The VT Boys been Crab Fishing

Yesterday the VT Boys came again for a visit, the evening started by watching The Book of Eli on BluRay what a great film, Mr Garfield said it was the best film he had seen in long while.

Today we started early because we wanted to have a parking space on the harbour, because it was crab fishing time and the price was all the money saved in Mr.Macs car. It was unbelievable in the first minutes Mr Biscuits already had one and they kept coming over and over again.
Before we knew our bucket was full and we had to empty the whole lot back in the sea, and the first round was won by Mr Biscuits for the biggest crab and Mr Garfield for the most in one go (4).
After our second bucket was full we had some milkshakes and had great fun in the playground, with some new toys installed we all had to try them out.

Fish and chips was on the menu next, when we finished, we started another session of crab fishing, this time the water was a lot higher, but we still had lot of success. Tonight we having wraps for tea and I am sure some ice-cream for afters.
